It comprises two farmhouses that sleep 26 in three apartments and a barn, which calls to mind a typical Tuscan house.

All apartments are furnished with air conditioning and heating in all rooms, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, fax, ISDN line and security alarm system. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer. Kitchens are fitted with a 4 burner electric cooker, oven, dish washer and refrigerator.

The Monsonaccio holding’s four apartments have a swimming-pool in common (8 x 15 m, min. depth 1.20 m, max. 2.60 m) equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds.
Guests have also access to a common parking area for private vehicles. Every apartment has its own outdoor garden space. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer in common.
